What We Do

Corrective Exercise Programs

Athena Mobility & Strength provides a spectrum of integrative health and medical exercise services. We lead individuals from medical treatment toward long term health and fitness. All of our clients are assessed and re-assessed for outcome informed evidence-based programming. What sets Athena Mobility & Strength apart from personal trainers is the knowledge, training, and scope of work with individuals who have conditions to promote the continuum of health.

The Process

All prospective clients are asked to complete a Consultation and Musculoskeletal Screening prior to enrolling in the Comprehensive Movement Assessment.

All Corrective Exercise Programs begin with a thorough Comprehensive Movement Assessment and follow up Strategy Session. Utilizing the information gathered from the assessment we implement exercise training with condition protocols and provide adaptive outcome-informed programming to get you moving optimally. Re-assessments will be conducted regularly throughout the training program to ensure continued positive outcomes.
