Meghan Ramos is an advocate for strength, resilience, and healthy movement. Ramos loves picking up heavy things to de-stress and stay grounded, to feel awesome in her body, and to get better at the random tasks life throws at her every day. While her weapons of choice are kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells, she uses all sorts of great gym toys to design workouts that are efficient, effective, and FUN. She believes strength is for everyone, and can help every person tap into their inner superhero. Ramos loves working with anyone who’s intimidated by the gym, wants to get started but feels lost in the fitness world, or just needs some support to make a healthy habit stick for good.
As a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, she eats to enjoy her life and to support her training and work with anyone who’s sick of yo-yo dieting, of being on and off the wagon, and of feeling miserable and constantly hungry. She believes that food is delicious and doesn’t have to be the enemy. She is passionate about teaching people to feel satisfied by what they eat, fuel their activity to become stronger and faster, and be finished once and for all with the endless cycle of guilt and restriction.
When she’s not in the gym, you can find her hiking, prowling farmer’s markets for new foods to try, trying and usually failing at crafts, and hanging out with her husband and their cat.
