After practicing Pilates for nearly 15 years, Mandy completed her beginner and intermediate mat certifications through Power Pilates in May 2017. She is currently the Certified Pilates Instructor for the Saturday morning Pilates Fusion class. Her love of learning about the body and how it works has her working towards her long term goal of becoming a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Mandy’s personal favorite workouts are Pilates, yoga, and weight lifting because of the results she can achieve both physically and mentally.
When she’s not at the studio, her day job is teaching middle school German. She loves to travel, read, start (but not always finish) craft projects, and hang out with her husband, dog, and family, who all live nearby.
