Katie Doud Bopp is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. After working in office environments for six years, Katie refocused her life on fitness and became a personal trainer. She has seen the positive benefits of exercise in her own life physically and mentally. Katie’s specialties are strength, power, and overall wellness.
In her free time, Katie loves running, gardening, kayaking, fixing up her house, and doing anything outdoors. She’s happiest when hanging out with her husband, Kurt, and their cat, Bucky.
