Functional Fitness Appointments & Classes

Athena Mobility & Strength leads individuals toward long term health and fitness through functional movement. We offer safe and effective programs for clients of all fitness levels through cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stability/mobility programs.

The Process

All prospective clients are asked to complete a Consultation and Musculoskeletal Screening prior to enrollment in any Functional Fitness Exercise Programs.

A recommendation on an appropriate Functional Fitness Exercise Program will be made within the consultation and will be based upon the results of the musculoskeletal screening and client goals.
