Personal training is one-on-one instruction with a certified personal trainer (CPT) who will create, following a fitness consultation, a customized workout routine specifically designed for your needs. Your personal trainer is there to instruct you on proper form, correct any muscle imbalances and improper body mechanics, introduce new exercises with variations, and provide encouragement and motivation.
