Let’s be real: Nobody has room for a reformer. However, you can still do postures that are inspired from reformer choreography. Pilates are for control and to be done slowly, so be careful not to make this a sprint. Use the pattern of your controlled breath to make your movements steady and coordinated. These moves will cover all aspects of a great workout: upper body, lower body and back.
