Group Fitness Classes

Take our group fitness classes to the next level with a membership or class package

Experience more of our group fitness classes each month with one of our memberships or class packages, or just drop in for a single class. With sessions offered throughout the week at a variety of times, there’s something for everyone.


Instructor: Katie Bopp
BUILD & BURN combines elements of strength training, speed and agility, balance, and power movements through phases of high intensity movement with active recovery. This class is designed to generate high levels of cardiovascular movements and include a warm up and cool down utilizing stretching techniques.

PILATES (Stability & Mobility)
Instructor: Megan Eckenrode
Pilates, designed for all levels, is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Expect to work through classic Pilates sequences as well as integrate strength and stability movements with bodyweight and props for a challenging, effective workout that’s great for all levels.

Warrior Strong provides a balanced, functional, and FUN strength training workout that’s appropriate for all levels with lots of hands-on instruction and correction. There will be options to modify each movement to ensure you’re working with your body, not against it. Each month we’ll kickoff a new program of two different weekly workouts (Monday and Wednesday) that we’ll repeat over the course of the month, so you have plenty of opportunities to see improvement, but if you join in mid-month you’ll be just fine to get started! Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or a newbie, expect to be progressively challenged and see an increase of strength and capability as you attend consistently.

Clients can sign up for classes online or through the Zen Planner app and are encouraged to pre-register as studio space is limited.
