To those of you who took the time to fill out our recent survey or give us in-person feedback – THANK YOU! We listened and we’re making moves (we’ll keep you posted on what we’re doing as we go, right here).
Some of you LOVE our sweaty, challenging High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT Functional) class, but the name wasn’t quiiiiite doing it for you.
Others of you admitted that you were a little intimidated – maybe you didn’t quite feel ready for “High Intensity” training and didn’t think it was the right class for you.
We totally get it. So we took the format we love, integrated a few of your suggestions to make it work better for everyone, and we love what we’ve come up with:
Introducing….Build & Burn!
Build & Burn is a unique 45 minute class that uses varying intervals of speed, strength, and power based movements designed to build muscle, burn fat, improve movement quality, increase bone density, and generally make you feel like a strong, capable human.
You’ll make the most of your time in the gym using tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension training, bodyweight movements, ropes, bands and more to build strength and endurance. And best of all? You’ll be working with a dedicated coach to ensure you’re performing movements properly, modifying appropriately, and pushing yourself at the right intensity so you get better with every workout.
Movements and interval lengths will change from class to class – you’ll push yourself and break a sweat, but we promise you’ll never be bored. Sessions include a dedicated warm up and a cool down as well as instruction on each movement.
Newer to fitness or working around an injury? Not to worry! This is YOUR workout, and we’re here to help you modify the workout so you’re challenged appropriately.
