One of our certified personal trainers (CPT) will work with you to determine your short- and long-term health and fitness goals by reviewing the AWF Health Questionnaire you filled out prior to your visit. We are here to help you meet your goals and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Absolutely. Your information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone.

Yes. Nutrition consultations are free and 45 minutes in length. The purpose of the separate nutrition consultation is to examine your current eating and lifestyle habits to uncover the “why” behind any eating concerns. After assessing your current diet, our nutrition coach will provide personalized nutrition tips, meal and snack ideas, as well as insight into the client’s eating behaviors as needed. At the end of the consultation, our nutrition coach will help you set small, achievable action steps to reach your overall wellness goals.

We believe that no one type of training works for everyone, so we offer a variety of services that provide multiple benefits to achieve your health and fitness goals. These services include training sessions such as private and duet (2 people) as well as a variety of group fitness classes. We also offer nutrition services as well. Our trainers are highly trained instructors that not only instruct, but teach each client proper body mechanics, movement, anatomy whether it’s in classes or one-on-one sessions. Our nutrition coach creates realistic expectations to ensure a balanced healthy and happy lifestyle using food as medicine.
