Namastream is a online streaming software service similar to Netflix. For the Functional Fitness Classes and Online Library you will pay a monthly recurring fee for these services. There is no long term obligation or commitment and these services can be canceled at any time.
Namastream will also host the Private Virtual Sessions for Individual Appointments, however individual appointment payments and scheduling will be managed through our MindBody software.
MindBody is the business software used for payments and scheduling for all individual appointments.
All individual appointments will be conducted on the Namastream Virtual Studio. Clients will receive an individualized link to access their appointments and uploaded content.
You could use the same username for both MindBody and Namastream, however these two services are separate to one another. Namastream is for all streaming services and payment for Functional Fitness Classes, and MindBody is used for payment of all individual appointments (even though the current sessions are hosted on Namastream).

If you are logged in, go to ‘Products’ under ‘My Products’ and you’ll see your purchases. Click ‘View Product’ and navigate to ‘Included Content’ to begin viewing your videos.
Nope! All videos will be streamed. Namastream supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up to date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly.
- If you are trying to play a video and it is continually buffering, try the following:
- Stop any other files from downloading
- Close any websites that might be constantly updating
- Close messaging apps that might be slowing your computer down
- Close everything else down and only have Namastream running
- If you are using WiFi, public hotspots might be slowing things down; try on your own network for better results

Within this email we will include a link to complete the health questionnaire and registration for the Namastream account. This link and account will be what you will use to access the appointment and all other uploaded content and materials. A Medical Exercise Specialist is a medical fitness professional who not only works with the typical client looking to improve their health and fitness level; but he or she also has knowledge and skills to work with clients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Medical Exercise Management
The Medical Exercise Specialist manages the client’s condition through exercise. Understands related anatomy and pathology and how exercise impacts the condition and how they can manage the clients condition through exercise. We can work with the source of the injury or dysfunctional movement to retrain the faulty movement pattern, restore overall muscle movement balance, and prevent re-injury.
We do not diagnose or treat any medical conditions. We manage medical conditions and associated muscular imbalances with exercise.
We specialize in a number of common orthopedic conditions including osteoarthritis, joint pain/injury, and back, hip, shoulder, and neck pain.

Anyone who is medically stable can participate in the medical exercise or post rehabilitation program. Medically stable implies that your condition is no longer considered acute or in need of medical attention. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify please consult with your doctor.
You do not need a referral, however often you can submit the appointments rendered through your insurance company or write it off as a medical expense for reimbursement with the written referral from a licensed physician.
We do believe that communication with your healthcare professionals are valuable and important. Our assessments and monthly reassessments will be sent to your team to collaborate and provide you with the best outcomes for success.
At this point the healthcare system does not reimburse for Medical Exercise or Post Rehabilitation programs. We do have clients that have used their FSA or HSA for our services or have submitted their records of appointments to their insurance companies for direct reimbursement. This would depend upon your individual plan.
Payment for Athena services are due at or before your scheduled appointment. A active credit card or checking account is maintained on file in our secure Mindbody software system.
